Here at Omnant, we strive to be transparent in our costs. Unlike our competitors that hold pricing close to their chest, we give you the tools to see what affects your bill and the ability make adjustments as needed. You will only pay for the corporate users that you have rather than an arbitrary larger-than-necessary block of users. You have and unlimited number of client users so that your ability to grow and service clients is not restricted by your platform. Included with each corporate user license, Forthsite allows for the industry's largest allotment of data storage and usage. These allotments are shared between all of your corporate user accounts. * The user license fee includes all your training, set up and initialization of the system. This also provides credits to various forms, changes or additions for your system. Please contact our sales staff to get a full quote based on your needs.

The minimum number of user licenses that is required with the initial purchase and to be maintained with the system is 10 user licenses.

A Omnant Software corporate user is any user that can produce reports, be scheduled, manage projects, and make full use of the system. All users for your customers' distribution, are always free! Distribution users are limited to read-only level access to reports, scheduling, etc.

Each corporate user must have a license applied for that user. Depending if you are signed up for monthly or annually billing, you will be billed based off the number of licenses you have. Licenses can be added at any point, and at the renewal point of your term any extra license that is no longer needed can be removed.
Yes! For annual subscriptions, you will be billed for the tier that most closely matches your user count. Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

Monthly or annual subscriptions are payable by bank transfer, or check.
If you're not satisfied with the Omnant Software or service, you can cancel your subscription within the first 6 months of service. Any applicable setup fee or previously paid recurring fee will not be refunded. The second half of the yearly commitment will be refunded in full.
The minimum term of service is one year. At each renewal period, you can choose to pay on a month by month basis, or to pay for the year in advance.
